For the clearest answer, please include:

• What type of file you tried (MP4, MOV, PDF, DOCX, ZIP, etc.)
• Approximate file size (for example: 600 MB)
• What you were hoping FixMyFile.ai would fix or convert
• Any error messages you saw in the AI Repair Console

Please do not send sensitive personal information in your message beyond what’s needed to describe the file and issue.

Suggestions & Feature Ideas

FixMyFile.ai is evolving over time. If you have an idea that would make it more useful — a new format, a different repair mode, or a better way to surface information — you can send a suggestion.

Helpful things to mention:
